¨ Never stop in the middle of a routine no matter
what happens. Just keep going and keep smiling.
¨ When doing drop spins, spin them down by your
belly button. You’re more likely to pull or strain a muscle if you’re spinning higher.
¨ Make sure your hair is out of your face.
¨ If your flag gets caught, don’t stop to fix it. Just keep
doing your routine and the flag should eventually come loose.
¨ Don’t get discouraged. Remember, if it
were easy, everyone would do it.
